Pandora Jewelry

I purchased Plenty sale charms for my bracelet. Sadly it was packaged in cheap version paper box. I was told this was new rule due to the charm being under $50 even though I spent over $110 on my transaction. Charms being packaged in the nice sturdy square white boxes are part of the Pandora experience. You guys took that away from me. I also store my charms individually in those boxes for safe keeping over 15 years now. I cashed out with 7 charms all in one cheap paper fold box. Thanks Pandora for killing the whole experience. Never again no time soon will I buy and I’ll share with my friends how Pandora does now if you buy sales items under $50.00. So sad.

I went to an outlet store & they were not quite ready. They were having a ring sale but did not know what rings were actually on sale.

Don't like the fact that u can see the tray. I might be looking for one thing and something else might catch my eye. Sale bracket sizes very limited.

The sales associate didn't seem to friendly. Like she didn't want to help just wanted to rush me to purchase and leave

One of the associates were very unpleasant to my group(6 ladies) and we were not happy about that service. Another associate,Brittany P, came and helped us out in a more pleasant way
