The associate who assisted me didn’t make any recommendations or advise me of any sales. I had to ask where certain things were and she seemed to not understand what I was looking for even when I explained it in depth.

It wasn't really any sales. The clerk never offered to put my charms on my bracelets in which I had on. Also one of the clerks seemed not too friendly and acted more like a security guard than a sales clerk.

Salesperson seemed new and had trouble answering some of my questions and getting prices.

sales associate was very patient and accommodating. gave great suggestion for charms.

The salesperson was about to charge me full price and was not knowledgeable to know that retired pieces were 30% off. If the other salesperson didn't inform her, she would have charge me full price.

I engaged with 2 associates, the first was very nice and helpful, the second made me feel like I was bothering her. I hesitant if I would return to that store.

I had an overall good experience. I was satisfied with the choice of charms and the prices.
