I really did not require much assistance. I looked around, found the item that I was interested in and found an associate to make the purchase. There was no real enthusiasm shown on the part of the associate. I was highly satisfied with my purchase though.

I visit quite a few Pandora locations and each time I arn satisfied with the service. I have never shopped anywhere in which I was HIGHLY satisfied. The service in which is provided is what is expected

My satisfaction was fine. I don't live in the area so I wont returnant time soon.

Visited Pandora Store at Tanger Outlet in Atlantic City. The assistant was very helpful, I was looking for a momento of my trip and had the perfect dice on hand.. Will likely visit the next time I'm in Atlatic City.

Salesperson could have been more friendly from the very beginning. There was one other customer in store. I asked to have my bracelets cleaned and she said they usually don’t clean doing a sale, which I was not aware was going on, I actually came to store for cleaning and to purchase something. When I mentioned I was only aware of them not cleaning on weekends she said she would ‘do it’. Anyway she did and I spent over $100 that morning!

Sales person misquoted price of charm. She thought it was $50.00, but it was $80.00.
