Found charms the sales person initially said were unavailable.

the bracelet broke off while I was walking and I was not able to find it. It was birthday and I was so happy then it broke off without my knowledge.. i was devasted

The sale person wasn't friendly. I feel like she didn’t want to answer questions about the products in the store. She didn’t welcome me and she didn’t provide me with her name until I ask for her name.

There is always room for improvement

For it to be a outlet store the prices are still high on some items. I thought I would find better deals.

Associate who attended to us seem to be very cold and unfeeling. She wasn't rude or anything just lack personality.

I was very satisfied with the store and the staff. I just don't understand why some of your charms are so expensive. You would sell a lot more if your prices were better.

This outlet store really had nothing and honored none of pandora promotion. I got a better deal/promotion and better selection of merchandise at a regular store. Had a very limited selection. Everything I ask for was sold out. Sales representatives and managers were nice.
