We went to the store on 12/26/17 everyone was pleasant. We then went back the following day at 9:50 because that was the opening time listed on the internet. We want to purchase additional charms. It was 20 degree or lower and the girls told us that they didn't open until 10:00. We were freezing outside. If it was me I would have let us in to stand by the door, but that's just me. I may or may come back to that store again.

Was not greeted when I walked in the store, there was 2 ladies working on was helping a customer the other was paying on some type of tablet, was ask did I need help after a few mins passed

Walked in the store with my wife, no one spoke us. We had to wait a few mins before we was ask if we needed any help, there was 2 workers there one was halping a customer the other was playing on a tablet.

My daughter has a pandora ring and one of diamond was missing and I went to store and lady exchange that ring to new ring without any questions.

When I went to the Pandora store and inquired about seeing some pieces of Pandora jewelry, the sales representatives did not seem pleased to assist me me. And although there were no other customers at the store at the time, I had to wait several minutes before one of three representatives was obliged to assist me. They seemed very busy on their cellphones and laughter to assist a customer.

The sales ladies were ok ...But the store I went to in Roosevelt Field is small and when there is an event going on you have to wait on line just to get in the store then put your name on the list then wait for a sales lady to help....once you pick your item you have to wait again to pay for it...feels like a ride at Great Adventures

The first associate seemed to be rushing me and handed me over to another. The second was so patient and knowledgeable that I got additional charms.
