I wish the salesperson would have shown me the differences in the bracelet i was looking for. I had to ask about sizes and what the clips were for on the bracelet. She tried to sell me a bracelet with clips that i did not need

Took some time to actually have someone come. Associate didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Took a long wait.

Prices too high for the charms

The assortment of travel charms was very limited, and when I asked to see the charms the sales associate would not bring the tray to the counter she kept it inside the glass case, while I saw another sales associate showing the charms on the counter to the other customers.

I spent close to 500, in the store, I had my daughter and granddaughter, with me, bought 3 bracellets, and charms and the lady only gave me 3 bags, I asked for another one, and she refused, after spending all that money. not to much was on sale.

I asked for friend/best friend charms. The associate was nice, but only pulled out two charms to show me. I noticed a couple of others while I was already in the checkout process. Just felt like she could have pulled the tray out if she was unaware of more than two, so I could have browsed myself. Other than that, it was a great visit.

There was not a wide variety of the discontinued beads to choose from. I planned to spend more money than I did. Maybe next time.

When asked about engraving it was not specified by the sale associate that there was an additional charge I did not see the sign until after 5 engraved charms
