The associates in the store were rude and acted like they couldn’t be bothered to help customers. I had to ask for my ring to be packaged so I could take it with me. Just felt like I was a bother to them.

Parul A, our associate was in a hurry to serve us. Everything I ask she say STORE don't have it without looking at your stock, she keeps on looking at her watch and tapping her fingers in the glass showing she is extremely bored.

They didn’t welcome us to the store but when we asked her she was great

Not greeted on entry with four staff members just standing there no help offered for a good 10 minutes finally I was asked if a needed help literally my purchase took 1 min

I visited the AC outlet store. When I arrived the associates were talking in a huddle about personal information and did not offer to help me. After a couple of them left , I asked for help. Additionally, when I was asking about various charms the associate showed me the minimum and I had to request to see more. Although , was neither friendly or unfriendly she didn’t seem very invested. I spent 200.00 dollars. In any other case I would have left without making a purchase.

The earrings I had prior they didn't have in their store yet. I was trying to replace something I lost.

The wait time in getting into the store were excessively long time. Long lines.

The store only allows 5 people in at a time some people weren't buying anything they were just taking up time we asked maybe they could give people an hour window because so many people waiting outside we had to wait 45 minutes and when I said something to one of the assistants she said there's no way you waited that long I said yes I did how would she know how long I waited

Sales associate was not inviting...very dry. Had a hard time looking at merchandise because I was told she could not bring out the whole tray..I had to pick what I wanted to see n then it was taken out. The bracelets I looked at...the sales associate never asked if she could show them too me..so...I didn't buy one.
