Entering into the store I did not feel that I was greeted in an appropriate time frame. Once I started to work with a sales associate I somehow was handed off to the beat of their sales associate. Both for very helpful but I would have love to just work with the same person

The salesperson was knowledge of the sales. I was rushed by her as well.

The store that I was in did not have a lot of the merchandise. The store was located in Atlantic City but did not have the playing cards charms. Also, the sales associate was tapping her finger, waiting for me, while I was choosing my merchandise. I don't think she should be so friendly that she talks to me while I am making decision, but she can't look bored. I felt rushed.

I asked her to clean my 3 bracelets and she just used a cloth and said she was then going to the back to clean it in the machine. Stores in Chicago use the machine and they always say it takes 15 min then they polish it........... This so called manager did not do this she walked to the back for 2.8 sec and came right back, I will never go back to that store

The sales person is not motivated at all, lack of friendliness , I didn’t get any help, I constantly felt like I’m extremely annoying to her with my request to show me more pallets with pandora beads. Sad

None if the associate welcome me or the others customers , there was no eye contact to indicate yes I am busy but I will be with you shortly. Upon arriving into the store there were only two customers. I had to walk to the associate and ask for assistance. I was very excited & explained why I came into the store there was like no conversation like welcome we thank you for shopping with us.She was just dry like I didn't belong there, then when I heard the others associates speaking with their customers about the sale promotions, I asked may I see the items then she really act like she didn't want my business, talking about how much her charms cost, and having quality over quantities.

Your sales associates (some of them) don't seem interested in the customer that is just looking at what's new. I don't know all your new items so when I see something online and I go into to physically see it I'm not necessarily going to purchase it that day, and I can assure you if I leave feeling as though I wasn't appreciated, because I didn't buy something the likely hood that I would buy it later is practically null.

Unfortunately I was waited on by the same unfriendly person as my last visit. Sonta H no. 143606 it says on my receipt. She was not at all interested in helping me or even giving me time to browse. This was my last time at this store. I felt rushed and like I was bothering her asking her to show me another tray

This particular sales associate was not very knowledgeable about the merchandise available over all or within the store. I travel to Atlantic city a few times a year and always visit this location because I love the available/discounted retired items. The other sales associates and managers have been more personable and helpful, including the other employee that was working during this visit. She was the one who ended up answering my questions (I can not remember her name but she deserves praise for her knowledge and customer service skills).
