The sales associate was more interested in talking to other associates than assisting me. I had to ask repeatedly to see other trays. He kept saying, is that all, anything else. I would have spent much more time browsing and shopping but he kept rushing me. No other customers in the store. Plus, prices were incorrect on many items. Luckily I had seen them online and knew the prices

Sales Representative Tiffany had a not friendly attitude when I told her I needed to exchange a bracelet. Tiffany provided me with the wrong information and told me I could ONLY exchange the bracelet for the same one. Which she was clearly giving me the wrong information. When I asked her why she said “you purchased this over a month ago” the receipt date was 2/13 I was there on 3/12

I purchased a hood plated bracelet from Pandora that was $300 the bracelet turned after a few months I wanted to exchange it The sales lady would not let me,I am very displeased a bk out this not sure if I am going to continue to ship at Pandora and for a $300 braclet that’s wrong .

Just seemed like I was taking up her time, while she was just chatting with a lady that just seem to either know or just wanted to chat with. Definitely felt like I was a pain. I knew what I wanted and just came in to get it. I didn’t need her to show me anything, but I was definitely not welcome there.

When I came into the store there were employees standing around. No one greeted me or asked if they could help with anything. I had to approach the employee to ask to have my bracket cleaned, then she just walked away. I was left standing there, I wanted to look at charms and still no one even asked if I wanted to see the chants in the case. I again had to walk up to them to ask them to look at charms. I asked if they had a specific Disney charm and she just simply said “no”. Didn’t offer any help on where to find it. It was a very different experience I’ve ever had at any pandora store. Usually I’m greeted right away and asked if I am there for anything specific. These employees just seems like they didn’t want to be there. Oh and when I got my bracelet back it was still dirty. I have to take it somewhere else to get properly cleaned.

Me and my daughter arrived at the store there were no customers in the store the two sales associates continued to converse. No good morning No How Can I Help In Fact I had to greet them both as if I was distributing tthem

The sales associate that we had was extremely rude. She did not want to take the time out to help us choose charms for family members. She was more interested in having side conversations and laughing with her coworkers. When we asked to see more charms she got an attitude and was slamming the trays in the case. When my aunt got offended and wanted to leave the associate went to her coworkers and manager and started talking bad about us. We will not be shopping at that location ever again.

I was told to wait outside a few minutes because there three customers already in-store. I waited a total of 12minutes outside the store until I was let inside to shop.

The two women who were there seemed like they could be bothered with. One of the two was no off playing with her hair in the mirror. The woman who was taking care of us was lagging and didn’t want us to be there. A third lady who seemed to be like a manager was off hiding in the back of the store.
