I brought a charm and if just fell of my bracelet I still don't understand how that could happen there was no concern from the sales associate only on what I wanted to buy now

The way this store handles the Covid situation is awful. Unable to walk in, unable to look around. Only allowed to stand in one spot. Crazy

The lady that helped us was so rude and didn’t even tell us the ring we fought was a birthstone until after so now we have 2 rings that aren’t our birthstones and I asked her to clean my ring and she walked back to “clean it” and it came back literally the exact same.

Hello. This is Eunsu kim from Virginia. On march 8th, I visited Altlanta city Pandora store in order to my birthday present with my younger sisters. We want to tell you my complelain. To buy a ring, ask the clerk to show you the ring. Out of the three at work, the most lame woman helped us. The woman introduces us to her ring and allows me to try it on and experience it. But the moment she asked me to show me the ring for the fifth time, she said so offended to me. I have to clean all of them when you try on them, so try on a few. I went there to pick up my short-lived birthday present-and I felt so excited that I would never want to go to Pandora again. I think it really makes no sense to tell me to stop wearing it because I have to clean it myself. I will never go to your store again and I will talk to you. So please remove it from your email list.

This store is not an outlet I don’t understand why it says outlet on the front of the store it doesn’t have outlet prices everything was regular price except for two trees of merchandise I do better going online for outlet prices than in the store very disappointed

Last time I came in the store there was a girl named Stephanie I think and she was the kindest sales person ever she really took her time to show me charms! Sanae was the retail employee today but it didn’t seem like she was interested in helping me find the charms I wanted it seemed like she just quickly wanted me to leave. I understand it’s COVID but I am spending a pretty penny on charms. There also wasn’t a large variety of charms ally were gone.

There were two associates in the store but only one worked on customers the other could have safely took care of other’s customers at another well in the 6 feet required instead they had everyone standing outside while only one associate worked I felt to keep everyone satisfied both associates could have been utilized and also they said 6 people minimum in the store there were two adults that had two children with them plus to associates we had to wait 30 minutes to get served and we were at the top of the line. My displeasure is at this location because I have been to several of your stores and have been treated fabulous even with the long lines and Corona I just will not go back to this one

I have visited this location earlier this week and the associates were amazing, but on this last visit 12/9/2020, I encountered a rep name DAWN, who was not respective at all. Upon competing my purchase, I advised Dawn of my tax exemption status with my documents and she said Pandora has not excepted tax exemption in over 3 years. Not only did I use it at that very same location 2 days prior, but as a regular Pandora shopper, I have used my form on a regular basis at multiple locations and states due to my frequent travels. When i advised of my use of form at her location, she threatened to have the previous rep that assisted me written up for accepting the legal tax exemption. SHE DO NOT DESERVE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE! In all my years, I have never known a place of business decline an official document, such as this. Please explain your policy to me if this is the case and only Dawn knew about it and none of your other locations knew?

The employees were very rude. They did not give a time of when we can come in. Was a little uncomfortable. They need training.
