I was finally able to go in after a wait in the rain which I understand. They did not want to me to look around the store and when I was looking and checking out the associates were rude and seemed annoyed that I wanted to look

The sales representative wasn’t welcoming. Assumed I wanted charms on the sales item when I was willing to purchases anything “sale or not”. Didn’t allow me to walk around to view all items. Restricted me to one location and only allowed me to view charms.

Although we realize that the virus is going on they need some type of system for customers that are waiting outside to be served. At one point the employees were not allow anyone in the store and the customers outside did not know what was going on I don't know if they need to shut down to clean the store for whatever they needed to do. They should let customers know what is going on while we're outside in extreme hot weather waiting to get in. The cells must be going down because people were just walking away. Also the sales person I probably exhausted because they did a lot of business and they probably don't get to take breaks but maybe they should have at least four people to the store at all times.

The young girl who helped me was very nice. She was new. The women who Im not sure who she was. I believe I heard someone call her Natalie. She was very unfriendly and being rude to her employees. She acted as if everything was a bother to her.

The Associate what is prejudice and she’s gonna tell me don’t return the items because it’s on sale I wasn’t returning it anyway I was there for the sale I just felt that she saw on my skin color that I return items

I have 2 Pandora bracelets that I wanted to be cleaned. The store was not at all busy. I was informed that I needed to make an appointment for the cleaning and that they were booked thru the holidays for cleanings. This is the 2nd time I was in the store in the last year. The first time I was told the machine was broke.

The case with the deepest sale had someone standing in front of it throughout her entire purchase. When asked if I was ready to make a selection, I choose to not say anything- I don’t know why the person wasn’t directed to move to another count to finish her transaction.
