I enjoyed the store and the salesperson was nice. I bought 2 pieces for my wife. It was our 46th wedding anniversary and we picked out one that was wedding related and a second one. The salesperson put them in a nice box and put the receipt and the box in a bag and we left and went home. When we got home, we found out one of them was the wrong charm. It was the wedding related one. It was the snowflake heart We spoke to the manager at the atlantic city store who was very nice and we are sending the charm back in the mail and the correct one will be mailed to us. I was very dissapointed but i expect it will all be ok in the end

The sales associate was not friendly, did not greet me or seem happy with her work or me. The Alluring Cushion I purchased was beautiful for 4 days until I woke up one morning, took the ring out of my jewelry box and noticed one of the CZ diamonds missing. I’m highly disappointed as I’ve never had such a thing happen to me with any of my previous Pandora bracelets, earrings or rings.

The sales associate was not friendly. She also had limited knowledge of the merchandise and refused to clean my bracelet. For the price I pay I expect a friendly and knowledgeable Sales Associate, the Sales Associate that helped me had the attitude of a Walmart worker.

Our sales associate, Sonta M, was acting as if we were bothering her! When I asked for a certain bracelet in a certain size she looked and then came back and said no, we are out of that size. So I asked can I try the next size bigger please? She huffed and went and got the bigger size. It was too big. I had to ask well what bracelets do you have in that size? She looked like she was not very happy with that question, and came back with all the bracelets available. We bought the other bracelet but seriously wished we hadn't given her the sale!

The sales clerk had to let everyone know what was Pandora charms and the ones that weren't that was on my bracelet i was there to buy new charms to put on my bracelet two days i spent 57 dollars on the. July 18th 2018 and the next day 75 dollars

The sales associate totally ignored me while she stood with another associate waiting on a customer. Once she finally assisted me she chewed and popped gum the entire time.

I didn't have my card on me and I was told that I couldn't use my ID to show proof that I have a Pandora card which I have done in the past thank God I had another form of payment because I would not been able to receive my items. The other thing was it was 30% off my items when you spend $150 however the sales rep quit this 30% off so that I can pay more

The salesperson Sonya H , could barely be bothered to help me. I had to educate her on the charm I wanted to buy. She barely showed me what was available.

The manager on duty acted like she had a bad day and I was making it worse by asking questions. I didn't appreciate her attitude at all
