The sales associate was not friendly and not helpful at all She did not even introduce herself I was Lucky that I knew What I wanted Will not be returning to this store

I specifically asked the sales representative for beads from your essence collection because I had recently introduced my Mom and niece to them. She pulled out a tray and said these are your choices. I picked two for my mom and three for my niece. When I left and looked at the beads they were not from your essence collection at all. I returned to the store two days later and they would not exchange the beads even though it was not due to my error. So I am stuck with $100.00. In beads that I do not want. Nice way to treat a customer? Very disappointed to say the least.

I purchased a bracelet and left. A minute later I came back to purchase a charm and the Sales Clerk said I had to wait because she was with a Customer. The Manager who was just standing around said I had to wait my turn for 20 minutes. I waited and walked out!

I was satisfy with my purchase. The sales people kept insisting I get one of my charms engraved, it was for a gift. They kept insisting it was free!! Ii was traveling with two other friends, they said why not it's free. Only to check later on my email receipt I was charged twenty dollars. I was very disappointed and shocked.

My original purchase was based on salesperson recommendation but it was bad. The new salesperson advised of the opportunity for replacement but the store manager Shawn said something different.

Representative damaged my clasp to my spacer when cleaning it. I didn't realize until I returned to my hotel room and spacer fell off.

I waited outside the store under the heat of the sun when in fact there were only 2 customer in the store. The sales associate who help me was VERY RUDE. WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT STORE EVER AGAIN IF THAT SALES LADY IS STILL THERE.
