If the next nearest Pandora store wasn’t almost two hours away I would take the drive. This Atlantic City store is THE WORST Pandora store around. The people they hire have poor personalities. It’s like they are annoyed you are shopping there. I’ve given it multiple chances because sadly the ladies in my family’s love Pandora and I’ve purchased from you guys multiple times. But I prob won’t go back there and I’ll start shopping online. Hire more ATTENTIVE people. And they all need to either watch videos on customer service or just be told they need to be appreciative that they have a job and maybe they will smile and simply be great full that their is customers in the store. At the end of the day if it wasn’t for the customers they wouldn’t have a paycheck to take home. So it’s annoying that they are so grumpy it makes the whole shopping experience horrible and ghetto.

As soon as I walked in, I was bombarded with a sales associate that rushed me the entire time (at most 5 minutes) that I was in the store, I wasn’t allowed to walk around, asked me my ring size and immediately brought rings over, didn’t let me look at them, was just asking questions of what I want and what I’m looking for. Little does she know I was buying myself a birthday/graduation present and wanted to buy something nice for myself after all my hard work. I was so excited!! She seemed to want me out of the store asap, I’ve been a customer of Pandora since it opened up in my mall back home, under no circumstances have I ever received such poor and unfavorable service. I went into another jewelry store after making the purchase at Pandora, and was greeted with friendly associates who were HAPPY to help and INTERESTED in making a sale to a hard working client who was willing to spend money on herself, which further added a bad taste in my mouth after the experience I had at Pandora. I won’t be returning to this location and will be hesitant to return to any Pandora after my experience.

The sales associate who helped me was not that helpful at all, its like she doesn’t want to help me with my questions and inquiries. Not friendly at all it was the start of the day thats why i went there so that the morning is fresh and the SAs are not that tired yet but i was wrong. She needs more customer service training!

The lady cleaned my all Pandora’s returned them incomplete as she left one of my bracelets in the pot. I placed them in the bags then took a second look and that’s when I noticed the missing piece. She also overcharged me for $95 then found out when looked at my receipt on the email. I have to return the next day to get refund. This was my first visit and got highly disappointed with the poor customer service. I don’t think would ever visit this store despite the fact that I love the products.

After I have waited thirty minutes outside in line to get in the store I walked to the counter of which I was called to and really wanted to get the heart locket ring as the associate eas looking for it I had walked around peeking into the other case where "Shanjay" yelled at me to get away from her area as I was extremely to close to her and violating the social distance law and the store was filled with shoppers and lots of associates very close to each other but she felt it necessary to humiliate me and embarrass me to the degree she did that my family was embarrassed as well. I did not say one word continued shopping and could not purchase what I truly wanted as my size was not in stock. I was completely humiliated and embarrassed and no one said anything to her to correct her or to apologize to me.

During the visit my sales person was amazing. But while we were still brousing charms, another sales representative came over and removed trays we were looking at without asking our sales rep or the consumer... are you guys finished?.Then she's was arguing back and fourth like it not a business. Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. It should never be attitude with the customer. My sister simply asked why are you taking the trays I'm not done.. Rep. never asked were we finished, nor did she apologize. It became a very embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. I did speak to the other nice lady who was out side keeping perspective shoppers informed about wait time....about the situation that occurred.

This comment does not apply to the sales lady on the last receipt. There was a smaller framed light skin lady who had the middle section towards back of the store. She was with a customer, I saw a necklace for $25. I immediately asked her can I see it and said wow only $25, the customer she was serving also said she wanted it. I initiated the intrest in the necklace but the sales lady who was already wrapping up her customer order... added this necklace to her purchase. I said hey who is going to help me, and she said oh sorry that was the last necklace. How dare she sell the item to the customer when I asked about it first. I was so mad. I don’t think I will shop at pandora anymore, especially that Atlantic City outlet location. Sales lady didn’t even say sorry or do the right thing and sell it to me first since I asked about it first. Her customer didn’t even know the necklace was there until I asked about it and showed intrest . Thousands of dollars later. This may be the end for me at pandora. Happy holidays.
