The sales associate was nonchalant, slow unhelpful I had to put my charms on my bracelets my self nor did she place the items in my hand, items were slide across the counter, I am a faithful PANDORA CUSTOMER, I was very disappointed at the ATLANTIC CITY LOCATION

We waited outside as there were two associates working with a very long line. That is fine. I went in with my 17 year old daughter and advised the sales associate that it was her first jewelry purchase. The sales associate was not helpful in deterring her correct ring size. Recommended a size two times two big. We felt rushed and felt the associate just couldn’t be bothered. She rolled her eyes and sighed when we asked to see something else. We were in the store 15 minutes - not a long time at all. I tried to be friendly and engage in conversation about the different collections. The sales associate just wanted us in and out. We ended up buying a ring which is now a size still too big. Highly disappointed in this experience as this was my daughter’s first time buying jewelry. You could have had a lifelong customer. While I understand there was a line outside with three people waiting and these are different times, we waited in that line patiently as well and deserves better treatment and attention.

I purchased a bracelet and 3 charms for the bracelet and the sales associate put the bracelet on my wife and clasped the heart lock on and we never took it off this was on June 20 2020 and when I purchased a new charm and went to put the new charm on I couldn’t get the heart lock to open so I went to the store and the sales associate told me that she wasn’t gonna try and open it or touch it due to not wanting to break it . I stated to the associate that it hadn’t been 30 day yet and this hasn’t been removed from my wife’s wrist since it was put on by the sales associate and I would like to have it replaced please and I was told no that would not happen due to it being purchased and it being final sale . So I spent money on the bracelet and charms and now my wife can’t get the bracelet off her wrist and the new charms I can’t even return that I just purchased 2 days ago. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a purchase

I was very satisfied with my experience at the store and the associate who took care of me the only reason I will not be returning anytime soon is we were there on vacation in Atlantic City and I live five hours from there

I went to exchange my pendant under the 1 year warranty. This location is far for me. They did not have the pendant and corporate does not have it. I do not want money back. I want something $150 value for the $30 something dollars I paid. I am so upset.

First the sales person was helping us, then another moved us from that space so she can help someone else. I purchased 5 items and only 4 were in the bag when I returned home. I purchased in Atlantic City NJ and I live in Cheltenham, PA. Now I call, to request on it and they have it in the safe the sales person forgot to put it in the bag but I have to go back to Atlantic City to get. The person was helping me over the phone Dawn was very rude. if she mails it will not guaranty delivery before Christmas. She express no care over the phone. This is very upsetting. I am asking someone to please call me back. The salesperson forgot to put it in the bag. 215 285-4548 or 215 761-9433

The sales associate did not offer me the promo that was going. I wanted to return items and was not told the sale was final at the time of the purchase. I wished I had never walked in the store.

I just went to there to look around. And we thought there were not geburtssteinring rings Because you renewed new birthday stone rings . But there were ! So we was exited and we wanted to see how much they have , but she never notice us ! And she just asked us what finger do you wanr to wear ..?! .and she was very unkind . We wanted if there was our rbirthday ring , we wanted to buy even though it might be little big . Besides, she didn’t answer hou much is another ring. And after paying the ring , she just gave us only ring ?? How could you do that ?!! I think your company is an international .
