The associate Stephanie A was so friendly and help me with all my concern. I asked her about maintaining my bracelets clean and she offered to clean them for free and gave me a trick for maintaining them clean. I was very appreciative of her help.

I visited the store to replace my Pandora Bracelet that had several charms that had recentlty been stolen from me. Rosa H. was my represetative. She made me feel special as she assured me that we could re-create my stolen bracelet and I would be satisfied and happy with my new creation. Rosa was CORRECT!! She was very knowlegeable, informative, and most of all patient! As she had promosed, we was able to re-created my Pandora Bracelet with several charms that I adored and I was able to wear my bracelet home!!

It was only two employees working and the store was crowded some people was very aggressive they both was very professional not one time did they show any signs of being overwhelming , irritated .
