Once upon entry I was created with a smile and hello. I asked the associate what I was looking for and right away she was able to assist me. I also asked if my bracelet could cleaned without hesitation she said of course. Very satisfied with this pandora location.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was greater by all staff members. I was immediately asked if I needed assistance. Stephanie proceeded to assist as soon as I confirmed. She went the extra mile to assist with me selecting my purchase and informed me of ongoing store promotion. This made me add additional items to my purchase. Customer service was on point.

Excelent attention sadly the store was so hot at noon in the middle of the summer in a “beach” city plus the white lights in the store but the girl was so nice, friendly and patient with my teen daughter. Great for her.
