I went into store in Atlantic City to exchange a bracelet that had broken. Manager was helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to exchange this bracelet quickly. My wife and I came to your store just to get her bracelet clean. We both were welcome to the store. The lay out was great the store was very clean. Way better service then the "Philly" stores. The bracelet came out very beautiful. I even went as far as buying my wife a pair of earrings that were displayed in the case. Customer service was a blast. Thanks.
