Throughout my visit I received satisfactory service by way of good service including safety and security by sales representatives. My experience was one that felt natural and welcoming. All sales representative worked together effectively and professionally to manage their time with each consumer as observed during my visit.

I am new to the brand. Daja was fantastic with assisting me in what initially felt like an overwhelming task. She was able to direct me to the items that I needed to help create my starter bracelet. I am so thankful for her assistance and knowledge of the products. The store was very clean and the assistance was highly personalized. I can’t wait to visit again to continue to build my bracelet.

The manager Dawn was extremely helpful. She follows thru with what she said she was going to do to get my issue resolved which is rare and I appreciated that. Her customer service was excellent!! I will look for her next time I go to Pandora in AC!!

The sales associate was highly knowledgeable on the product. She was friendly, honest and extremely helpful. There should be more like her.

The sales associate I admired was very helpful and consistent but the rest of the sales reps. We’re very rude and disrespectful towards one of my friends that I referred to this particular store and it was a disaster I could not believe the way we both were being treated I felt that my race may have played a big part I noticed how certain customer’s greeted them by their first and I am a very consistent customer I shop at all Pandora Merchants not just at the Pandora’s at tanger outlets. I just felt very out of place there I was totally disgusted but happy with my pieces which was kind of odd I never had that happen to me in that store it was like I was a they did not want us to walk around and look at pieces like we were told don’t touch this and that it was just complete disrespect and me or my friend and I felt sad because I love Pandora. Maybe you need to retrain your sales associates with customer service skills.
