I was thankful that the manager Dawn was willing to allow me to exchange an item that I had previously purchased. I never had to do an exchange before so I was worried I would not be able to. She did it with no hassle and that was great.

The store was very neat. I was greeted and offered assistance as soon as I walked in and I was pleased with the purchase and assistance that I received. There was a lot to choose from and I was unaware of a sale so that was an added bonus!

Requested a certain piece and the sales person was very accommodating. She also offered other pieces but did not attempt a hard cross sell.
