To be honest it was my first time purshising in store, there was si many options to pick from at first I had no idea what really wanted but the sales associate Hope guide me through and made it much easier.

The sales associate Shawn at the Michigan Ave- Atlantic City location was really polite and patient. I stopped at the store to clean a bracelet and let's just say it didn't look its best, but he assured me that he would try his best to make it as clean as possible. It meant a lot to me because it was my first Pandora bracelet, so it holds a lot of sentimental value. Once he finished it looked close to brand new, I was highly appreciative & impressed. He promoted the sale that was happening for the day with charms, so I left with two new charms, a safety link to ensure my charms won't fall off and not one but two cleaned bracelets. Shawn possesses great customer service skills!!

Have been purchasing pandora for the last 10 yrs. Have have away pandora’s for bdays, Xmas& wedding gifts. Replaced bracelet lose in Dubai. Never found charm for Dubai
