The sales associates are all very friendly. Even the new ones that are in training seem very eager and the ones training them are very patient. The staff take their time with the customers and don't appear rushed or disinterested.

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. If they do not have what I am looking for they will request it from another store or order it and let me know when it is available. I have recommended this store to my friends that have complained about the poor customer service they have received at other Pandora stores.

The sale rep Melissa was very nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. This was very first time and purchased at Pandora, I showed Melissa a photo of the items I wanted she knew were to find them and any questions I had she was able to answered them.

I am highly satisfied with Pandora, I have ALWAYS wanted a Pandora charm bracelet and was super excited when receiving one from my family this Christmas. Today I went into the store to buy a charm for myself and everything was great. My store seemed very clean and had a good variety of adorable and great quality charms.

My associate was very knowledgeable and kind. She greeted us at a safe distance and informed us of the store guidelines and policies during covid. Made the whole experience very simple and fun.
