I was looking for rings. The sales associate position me in a spot and brought all merchandise to me. I forgot my credit card and they made calls to ensure I would be able to make my purchase on my visit.

I was satisfied with the seller. She was wonderful and made our buying experience worth our while.

The employees were very helpful and sweet, and I was able to buy and repair jewelry. Thank you for an amazing first experience.

I loved Shereen H. This was my first time in the store. I had purchased a bracelet and charms for my 16 year old and she picked out an additional charm and spacers. Since this was her birthday gift, Shereen gained our trust by immediately showing how familiar she is with the merchandise. This was my first Pandora purchase. Shereen has convinced me to purchase a bracelet for myself which I will within the next 2 weeks. We will definitely go back to the Town East Store.
