I like the merchandise

I came in to the store looking for a gift for my mother in law for her birthday. I had a promotional card- however once I discussed it with the sales representative I discovered it was for a promotion for Pandora jewelry at Jared Jewelers. However, she told me about the promotional items they had in her store, and I ended up purchasing two items. I always come to this store- not only is it convenient, but it's always neat, clean, and very sparkly. Every salesperson has been amazing and helpful. She also told me about when they will have holiday specials, and showed me different pendants, necklaces, bracelets, and other items. She spent extra time with me listening to my needs- and customizing the charms I was looking for specific to the personality of my mother in law. Everyone there is amazing all the time- I have never had any problems there. I will never shop at another Pandora store, no matter who is having a promotion. Great job- I'm a customer of this store for life.

The salesgirl was very knowledgeable and very friendly

The sales associates are so polite, and very friendly. Always a good experience when going to the town east mall location.

I was greatly satisfied, however, I did not choose the option “highly satisfied” because in my opinion it means that something about my experience would have been truly unique & extremely memorable. As previously mentioned, it was a very good experience.

The store is a bit to small and kinda difficult to look around when 3 or 2 more people walk in. Also a charm that I wanted wasn’t in the store, only online.

I wanted a pandora charm bracelet and charms and I got a lot of the ones I saw online, but however their wasn’t a lot in stock that I did want.
