Had to wait a while to get someone to help us. Associate that helped my mother & I was rude. When we asked her questions she responded with either yes or no. Made us feel like we were dumb for asking. Also seemed like she wasn't happy doing her job.

I purchased a charm in Ohio and it broke and I had my receipt and the young lady said I would have to return it to Ohio and she called her manager and he gave her the ok to do the exchange

We had to stand in line to go in the store.Only was allowing a few people in at a time.There was a long line waiting to go in

The product I can to purchase wasn't available in the store or none of the stores in my area. But the salesperson was able to order the product. I'm not happy about having to come back to the store to pick it up...but that was my only option given.

It was very easy to make the purchase the the customer service was very nice nice and friendly I enjoy buying charms for my press list

My sales lady was very pushy towards my purchases. My sales lady didn’t listen to what I actually wanted.

I just think Pandora quality has gone down the last couple years. For the current quality, the prices of the rings shouldn't be so high. Sometimes the staff see you suspicious of trying to steal, when you're just carefully looking at your options. And when you are looking or touching a jewerly piece, they put preassure on you by looking at you as if you're taking a long time.

The friendliness of the workers. The worker help me pick my charms /great ideas! The worker was patient with me trying to decide what I wanted to get.
