I bought a ring a few months ago and I have had to get the stone fixed/replaced twice. Also, the store did not have a full stock of all size rings. I was looking for a thumb ring and they only had smaller sized rings.

Only four customers in the store at a time and the selection on the products were very low. Seen more options and sale prices online.

Nothing is perfect

Didn't have ANY choices for 2020 graduates available. Only had gold bracelets in 18" had to settle for 17" hoping graduate doesn't have to do a return. On the other hand, customer service was great.

The merchandise was not stocked and they didn’t have what I was loooking for in store so I had to order it and wait when I was expecting to go in and walk out with my bracelet.

I was working with one associate BUT the manager was interjecting And that turns me off I want to go in and take my time and browse

The sales associate was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and not at all pushy. I told her there were only 2 items on my shopping list and I was not prepared to make a purchase today. She located one item and advised me on the other which is currently in Last Chance. I ended up purchasing the item she located primarily because of her non pushy helpfulness. The manager had a bit more of a sales push, not in an offensive way, it's retail and she's doing a great job.

The experience was okay, the sales associate tried to over sale once I was approved for a credit card which was a little overbearing.

I was satisfied. It’s not a real reason why I wasn’t Highly satisfied. I was just satisfied
