Pandora Jewelry

I had already picked put everything I wanted for a birthday present and only bought one of the three things I wanted. Please more variety of the jewelry

The store was small and crowded with only a couple people in the store. Not much product to choose from but got what I wanted.

I was visiting the area so that was the closest Pandora. The Pandora closest to me had the newest items and more size rings. I didnt buy 2 things because they didnt have my size and one they didnt have the newest selections. I wasnt coming back if I ordered it because i have a place closer that has it available. The sales person was great and knowledgeable.

The jewelry that I was looking for was not available or in stock at this location. The sales associate was able to order the items for me, however, they could not be shipped directly to my home. I still have to make another trip back up there to pick up my order. Also, she said it would take approximately 3 weeks before the items were delivered to her store. Why so long??? If I make a purchase online myself, it leaves your warehouse within 3 days so I receive it usually in less than one week.

Store was busy, more staff would have been great, staff was going back & forth to customers, some having to wait all together

I got a email saying selected charms were on sale every charm I was interested in buying was not on sale. Was not sayisfied that more of a variety of charms were on sale

I felt like the employee didn’t feel like I was going to buy something and she wasn’t treating me how I wanted to be treated

The rep that assist me act like I was not suppose to be at that store.

some of the items I was looking for were not in stock or discontinued. Items like letters did not have Letters ( A ,R, S ) , I guess not enough variety because of the store size maybe? Which made it hard to choose what I wanted and had to settle for I bought.

Small store, so when more than 3/4 people were shopping it became impassable to get around them to look at merchandise.
