Pandora Jewelry

The selection is nice overall but my experience at the Pandora inside NorthPark mall in Dallas was superb.

The selection of merchandise online stated it was in store but the sales associate said it was not. She also did not double check to see if the item was available.

The person that was helping me had a attitude, this is always a problem in these location.

I had to wait until the staff was finished discussing whatever at the back counter before I was asked if I needed help. I was the only one in the store. There was a clerk stocking inventory and never once did she acknowledge me while I was standing at the counter looking at the rings she was displaying. I had to ask for a specific item before anything was taken out of the display, there were no suggestions made, was more like “ what would you like to see?”

It was just a simple shopping experience. I know what I had in mind so I looked at several charms as she brought them one out by one. I wish they had them all sitting out so I can look. She was ok not mean but not overly sweet either.

The town east store is the only store that I have ever been to where the staff is just miserable.

Sorta felt rushed but the experience was ok

They didn’t have enough people working it like you were rushed also didn’t have my size and thought that the process was going to be special being that your telling your story they didn’t make it feel like that come on that’s the Pandora Store

Sales person was not very interested in helping us with our purchase

Associate was new and was not familiar with merchandise and was not very enthusiastic to help or excited about the merchandise
