I went in to replace a broken bracelet but it was not in stock and I was told they did not know how long it would take if I ordered one. So, I replaced the broken one with another style that I am not 100% happy with.

Order online, went to the store.The line was out the door, wait was 45 minutes to an hour. Then my order was canceled. Thank you had the item in stock.

It was my first time there. I was buying a charm for my mother n law because I know she has a pandora bracelet. I told the associate who helped me I was there looking for a gift. Her customer service was such a disappointment because I’m used to going to James Avery and they are so sweet and nice. She seemed uninterested and ready to get me out of there. I work for customer service industry since I can remember and honestly I don’t care how bad of a day I’m having I am always going to give great customer service. Since it was my first time there I was so amazed at how beautiful the jewelry was that I even mentioned it and said I’m going to come back and choose a bracelet for myself and once again; she seemed uninterested and asked me is that all I’m getting. When I was paying she rushed me and said the total amount twice. All in all I was so amazed by the quality of jewelry that I’m definitely coming back but my next time I wish to have someone different who greets me with a smile and not an attitude and helps me look for an item without rushing me or uninterested.

Associate knew nothing about merchandise, I am nee to buying charms, did not show me any selection of anything. I had to keep asking g I If there was anything else I could see

The amount of times I had to visit the store and call for my issue to be resolve The misinformation I was initially givien the first time I can to the store The amount of time Passed until I could wear the merchandise, which was a gift

Sales lady was rude and unwelcoming. I went in to return an item as the website stated that I had till July 31st. Was told at the store I couldn’t return and they don’t have a size up so I couldn’t exchange. After talking a bit more they finally agreed to do the exchange to another ring. Felt pressured and uncomfortable as sales lady was hovering closely over me while I was looking at rings.

The customer service was poor. Another customer had to tell the associate she could wait on me and she never asked me..I had to start talking to her. This was the worst experience ever! I had to ask the associate for a box but instead gave me a bag! Not sure what the issue was but she has an issue!

The sales associates not very appreciative that I bought 2 items worth $500.00. She walked out on me and that is not acceptable when one customer waited an hour to wait for the other missing piece of items. I felt upset.
