The staff was mean and not helpful they did not want to help customers they were taking private calls and texting instead of listening when I asked for a manager they said it wasn’t one available that day I’m so upset I will never go back to that location I have never been treated like that in your stores

The store representative did not tell me about any promotions that the store had. She was rushing me to make my purchase and was not friendly at all. I learned later that because my purchase was over $150 i was suppose to receive a free bracelet that i did not receive. I will be contacting customer service tomorrow. The store associate was very rude and not helpful at all I felt like I was getting robbed. She told me there was nothing they could do to help me so I called corporate and they’re working on my issues as we speak. I would have to say thank to them because at the store I had no hope and that not fair I’ve spend thousands of dollars with pandora.

Town East Mall would not allow returns. If stores are not all in sync they should change there name or be list as not being an authorized store.

I purchased two charms on this visit. I later needed to exchange one of these items. Upon returning to the store the exchange the item, I was advised that it a final sale item and I had no recourse. I inquired as to how I would know this was a final sale since it was not stated on any of the signage posted in store. The associate advised that my salesperson should have informed me during the purchase, which she did not. I then inquired if there was someone I could contact in regards to this matter, and was told to look up the number for corporate.

The sale associate was not very helpful when it came to the knowledge of coupon that could be used. Stated it was for online when it says on the coupon “In Store”. Then ask the gentleman that was Mgr on duty also agreed with the sales associate. When I showed it to him on the coupon it says “In Store No Code needed”. Still didn’t honor coupon and no apology just stood very bold with his answer, can’t use it at this store. No customer service skills.
