I received an email from Pandora regarding the buy 2 get one free promotion foe Pandora Club members. I went to the Town East Mall location to make a purchase and was told the promotion would not be honored because I was not making my purchase with the Pandora credit card. After showing the salesperson thre offer is valid for Pandora Club members too, she refused to honor the offer. I purchased 1 charm in the store because I have been waiting to get this specific charm. I went home logged on on line and tried to purchase 3 charms using the promotion. The order went through, ordered 3 charms for the price of 2. Received an email the next say saying that my order was canceled. Highly disappointed that I was not able to take advantage of this offer as I have in the past. I will not shop at this location again.

The sales associate that helped me during my visit was very rude she didn’t take into consideration what I wanted at all she was just pushing everything at me. I was looking for a ring but changed my mind and wanted to add a charm to my bracelet, this woman grabbed my arm and took my bracelet off without even asking me. After opening the clasp instead of her trying to grab my bracelet she let it fall and all of my charms fell off. I had them in a specific order and she just put them back however she wanted. I wanted a charm and left with a clip thing that helps the charms stay on the bracelet because this woman wouldn’t take no for an answer and kept telling me what I needed when I did not enter that store for a need I entered to purchase something I wanted

I went in as my Mickey bracelet was bent and I haven't even had my bracelet 3 months. The lady offered to replace it but would not let me keep.my bracelet and told me I had to wait 2 WEEKS for my bracelet to come back in. When I expressed I didn't like the idea of them keeping my bracelet and I wouldn't have anything for 2 weeks she told me "well you can just keep it then" with an attitude. Extremely rude considering I have a damaged bracelet I haven't even had for 3 months. They should have either let me keep my bracelet until the new one came in and exchange it then or offered to let me pick another of similar value. Now I'm out without my bracelet that has been paid for for 2 weeks and nothing else was done. I am not very happy. I had full intentions of getting the buy 2 get 1 free deal but instead walked out without my bracelet. They would have gotten more sales from me today and in the future had they taken care of my needs and heard my concern.

I ordered 1st birthday gift online for my little niece and while on payment part the website froze. This made my try again which caused in double order.
