Store was clean and brightly lit making it easy to see charms. Associate knew what was available and helped me find the perfect charm as well as some I may return for. Associate was friendly, not pushing, available for questions and receptive to my changes in what I might like. It was the first time I visited this store and I loved it.

I felt that I was treated properly, and they were willing to work with me with what I wanted and were very pacient!

The ring I had found online was right on display when I walked in the door. The sales associate immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help. When I showed her what I wanted she promptly went and got it in the right size. She informed me that if it didn't for the person I was buying it for could come exchange for the right size.

I was very pleased with the selection available and the assistance I received in making my selection.

The sale lady was very knowledge and friendly. Took time and explain. Answered all questions.

The salesclerk was able to immediately show me the necklace in different sizes. She also found the petite charms. She helped me pick 3 for the necklace.

I was satisfied with my Pandora experience because the cleanliness and organization of the store. The customer service was impeccable and all employees were very friendly and patient. I was very satisfied with my purchase and has no problem with them.

First of all I LOVE Pandora jewelry! Now that you have rose gold just takes the selection of jewelry to a whole new level. I have at least 12 pieces of jewelry and can't wait to add more!
