The staff engaged my family and made them feel special. It was my birthday, so she made me feel special as well. She asked about our adoption from China, and our special needs son's heart surgery, and helped us find the perfect beads.

Service was excellent. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Overall very pleased with my purchase and will most likely come again.

This is my 4th visit to Pandora @ Town East Mall & so very glad they put a store in so I can see in person your merchandise rather than online. I am very impressed with the selection they have & the sales clerks I have visited with. Kristin waited on me & is very knowledgeable & goes out of her way to make sure I was satisfied.

Vicki the sales clerk knew I was waiting for the emerald birthstone to be made, she contacted me and placed it on hold until I could make it in. When I arrived the manager and Mykauzli were so pleasant and placed it on my bracelet for me.
