The associates knew exactly what I was looking for to match another piece. They showed me available options as well. Also we’re very helpful in finding me a ring that color and was comfortable.

My associate Kristin listened to who the charm was for and for what occasion. She then suggested things for my Mom after asking what my mother liked. Was very helpful and nice. If I lived in wichita I would definitely go back to that store.

Service was excellent, Kristin did not have the bracelet in the store, found one right away and had it sent to the store. Called me when it arrived. The return was so much easier than I expected.

The manager waited on me, took all the time necessary for me to make my decisions, gave me helpful suggestions, figured out a "problem" I was having in arrangement -- can't say enough good.

Sales staff has always been very helpful answering any questions I may have while shopping with them. Staff has always helped make decisions based on what I'm looking for and able to provide several options in similarity if necessary to assist further.
