Pandora Jewelry

We wished we could order the jewelry we wanted in a different size but was told no special orders could be made during this time

Didn’t have the sizes that I want.

I love the Pandora line. The price point seems to be getting higher. I am concerned that I will be able to continue purchasing pandora in the future.

There was some confusion on the size of the bracelet and not much to pick from in the security chains.

Although I realize it was Christmas Eve, the store was out of gift boxes for gift cards.

It was Christmas eve day, they were packed with customers, only three clerks working as fast as they could. I know there wasn't anything the clerks could do about my wait time. They did their best, I waited until last minute to go.

When a new item become available (the new Reflexion bracelet, there should be a variety of charms to purchase (especially when advertised.) I realize we are a small store, but items should be available to purchase.

Store was very small, 2 associates working and 2 sets of guests, it was very hard to move or look at products. We were not helped or acknowledged, we left then came back later so we could see the charms.
