The sales person that I started with decided to talk to a friend and left me standing for 15 minutes before I was helped. Then after I was helped she came back and tried to take over again and I said NO.

Staff was great . Problem was checking out the computers or iPads what ever they were, made things go way to slow! Need to make big change there!

The little girl lied & said she let me try on a charm, when I was there to purchase it. She must have forgot to ring it up when she was charging me for the 2nd charm.
