Nadia the Pandora sales associate at the Erin Mills Town Centre location was very knowledgeable about the products. As I was working on a budget, she showed me items that were on sale. I actually bought 2 clips that they recommended I needed for my existing bracelet. She even explained the use of the safety chain as I lost one of my charms. She was friendly as well and funny. Overall I was very satisfied. I am already eyeing a new set of bracelet and charms they has on display!

First of all the sales associate, Margaret, who helped my wife during the entire process was very friendly, cooperative and had good patience. My wife changed her mind few times and tried few items, she gladly helped whatever my wife was looking for. At the end my wife was very satisfied and happy when we left the store after finishing our purchase.

Short line weight considering the busyness of the holiday season. Employee was also quick to bring out jewelry I wanted to look at.

My pandora clasp was defective and it was taken by the manager to try and fix. Then she recommended that a chain clasp for more security. This was a great idea.
