I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience as the sales associate who assisted me was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. She showed me everything I asked for and gave me suggestions when I asked for it. Great experience in the store overall.

The Sales rep, Jenny was very friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to show me many items so that I can build the bracelets I wanted.

The salesperson was very helpful and patient while I was looking through the catalogue and deciding between several bracelets. She tried them on my arm and gave me her advice and personal opinion. She encouraged us to buy a safety charm that we didn't know of before.

The associate we had Gillian C was awesome..She was really friendly and very engaging.She was quick to answer all my questions.She made the experience very easy!

Black Friday - an hour + lined-up - when my turn came, the sales associate was smiling and welcoming and I realized then it must have been a long day for her too and she still had a smile :)

Sales associates went WAY above and beyond to help me. I lost a bangle with 4 charms that was given to me by my late mother last year. One associate was helping and another joined in on searching and discovering that my collection was limited editions . Able 2 find 2 charms in the store and the sku and descriptions of remaining items. I left the store in tears at one point and the sales associates kept on hunting with my daughter who remained in the store. Very very helpful. Pulled out old catalogs, internet searches. Very impressive
