Jenny B. No. 165249 served me when I arrived at the store. She made the experience quite enjoyable and a learning event - rather than a marketing promotion. All the staff had polished customer service. Jenny showed me many of the beads, charms, clips and separators designed for the Pandora bracelet. She made conversation about my desired choices for building a bracelet. She explained how to build a bracelet by showing me the parts of the bracelet. She took time to explain the special characteristic and quality of many beads. She made my visit enjoyable without pressuring me into purchasing specific items. I left the store with a desired item.
