I really loved it because despite the Holiday Season, the service was excellent. It was very organized and staff was still friendly and eager to help.

When ever I go to this location I am acknowledged, the representatives are patient and knowledgeable. I choose this location because of the service, I actually live near Sherway Garden which is easier access however, my one experience with that location was poor. The store just opened it was almost empty and I stood there no one acknowledged until some finally decided to assist and when they did I felt like I was pulling teeth. I’ve shopped several times at Pandora even outside of Canada but Sherway was a one of poor experience back in March 2018. I read the google reviews after my visit saw similar reviews and I dicided not to visit that location again. Erin Mills the staff are always friendly with a pleasant demeanor.

The staff was friendly and helped me with what I was looking for. I also gave my bracelet for cleaning. When it was ready the store called me to let me know it was ready for pickup

Ifrah and Shanna were incredibly welcoming and helpful in helping me decide which bracelet and charm I was going to get. They explained to me the different charms and why they would be useful to me which helped me a lot to know what I could purchase in the future.

The sales lead and the sales girl were very friendly and helpful, They attended to me right away.
