The sales clerk was very helpful in picking the right earrings for my friend. She was very friendly. She really seemed to care that my friend would like the earrings., She also told me about the survey as I said I would like a pair also. She said do the survery and I will get $10 off.

The location of the store is in the local mall. The store personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. It would be helpful if they had their names on their tags. I was dissatisfied in they did not have one of the birthstone items I was looking for in either style and for September not June.
