At the beginning when I entered the store there was no one to help me out but later shereen the store associate came to help us. She was very friendly and helpful with my purchese. She is amazing.

The first associate did not show me enough choices in my budget and said that the hard bangle was my only choice under $80. However, I stepped out of the store and later met with another associate who showed me many bracelets in the same price range. I got what I wanted but had to push my way through. Experience could have been better.

Salesperson was great. She helped us look what we were looking for and had great patience waiting for us to decide what wanted.

As I entered the store, we were greeted with smiles from the associates. One quickly introduced herself and proceeded to assist us. Offered suggestions based on our feedback. Her knowledge was a great help in our final decision. Very statisfed with our experience. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Adi, the manager was very busy but still took the time to talk to me. Very kind and helpful. Even though it was extremely busy, they both made you feel as if they were the only person in the store. Job well done. I will return. I had called this location, the night before, to confirm something about the Oakville location and spoke to this locations district manager, Lillyanne. She was just outstanding. Again, so kind and helpful. She even apologized for the service, I received at the other location. Amazing. It is easy to see why the staff is so well trained. The have a wonderful example in her. The owner must be very proud of his team.
