I have never shopped Pandora before. The lineup was ok; service impressive. I did know what I wanted because I had the catalogue and was able to pick. The items were in stock so it was a very quick visit. Young Gabriella O was very receptive to my questions and concerns as the items I purchased were for Christmas.

Rebecca went above and beyond to help me out ! She was extremely patient. Thank you !
