Sales associate was very helpful and knowledgable in products,availability.very patient with me and nice. I was able to get stuff thst were going to be discontinued,and i was lucky to get them.

It was not because of the sales person, more about not being able to get the bracelet size I need available to complete the gift promotion with the colour I was looking for (pink gold).

The quality of the square sparkle (380378CZ) is off and my wife is extremally disappointed with the quality. It does not even worth its $69.99. I want t exchange it with other items.

The sales person made a mistake on my bill and I only noticed it when I got home. It was over $10 worth of a mistake and I’ll try to go back to resolve it but I don’t like how the store is a franchise and they have different rules than corporate stores. For example my pandora coupon wasn’t being accepted at franchise store! Should be same rules regardless. Sales associate other than the error was very nice and very helpful, except for the $10 over charge.

The charm was dirty and dull, we asked to have it polished and they didn’t. The sales person just through the charm in the box, we had to ask them to tie it in properly and then did a poor job of putting in in the bag.

Bought the bracelet for my sister and it got faded, the sales person offer me the clean cloth , I thought Pandora jewelry dose not go black or faded but the sales person said if you don’t wear the bracelet that often it dose gets faded!! As of my knowledge sterling silver dose not fades or gets black.

The associates in the store were great. I had to wait 40 minutes to be assisted and there was only one person in front of me, I almost left. It also seems to take associates a long time to cash people out.
