Sales associates just talking to each other waited about30secs to get helped I think they thought I’m not buyinh

I was looking for Disney Pandora and it was out of sight. I had to get the girl to bring it out. I also didn’t see some of the charms I had seen online. I thought that Disney is so huge they would have where you could see before talking to anyone, which is what I like to do.

There was no deal going on and online offering better deals and options

The item I wanted was not in stock. Finding a price was hard for representative

Was told I could I could exchange return online merch and store said no to sale merch

I didn't get opening box deal when I told them there were long line during the week I visited in two locations shopping with my family: Square One and Erin Mill Town center. Spending time with my family is more important than I am waiting the long line at there. I came back with no line and much less busy to enjoy my shopping.

I was exchanging 2 different items I received for Christmas on 2 separate bills. I was hoping to exchange for 1 item. The item I wanted exceeded the dollar value of the 2 items I was exchanging. I was told that I couldn’t do that and that I had to exchange for 2 separate items. I exchanged for 2 items and left the store without the item I really wanted. I felt like I was exchanging just for the sake of exchanging.

The rating of 'Satisfied' was given with the utmost respect. My experience at this location that evening met my expectations which is fine. As a result, I intend to re-visit this location in the near future. Thank you.

The manager initially did not want to honour a promotion and return an item for me. It seemed like she said no initially so she would not have to do it. Eventually she did the return after I explained it to her.

I loved the assistance I got from the sales associates and I loved what I brought home. Since it was my first experience at a Pandora store, I’m not completely sure if I know it just yet! But great work Jillorn
