My daughter loves her bracelate. It was fabulous.

I bought my mom her gift for mothers day and they had the ring that I wanted in stock. After looking at the ring, I ended up getting one in my size too which they also had in stock, the lady who served me did a great job!

We actually stopped by the store to get a catalogue to browse through while we ate our lunch so we knew what we wanted to look at and purchase. We did this so we wouldn't take up too much time for the associate (we knew that wasn't a problem though). This it made it easier for us! Jasmeen K. was very helpful and appreciated that we knew kind of what we wanted. She was very helpful and make recommendations given the one item I wanted wasn't available. All the locations make us seem so welcome and the atmosphere in the locations is wonderful!

Shopping at Pandora is always something I look forward to doing! The store is very inviting and friendly! I have never left the store without purchasing something. I love the quality and selection of charms and bracelets. I’m not much of a necklace person! I have one necklace I wear always (Pandora of course) with charms on it that remind me of parents to keep them close to me! The associates always remark how beautiful my necklace is and love the sentiments associated with it.

During my visit at Pandora the sales associate at the Erin mills town centre mall named Hannah was very helpful kind and provided a lot of advice when picking out my Pandora charm she was absolutely great and there needs to be more sales associates like her that are open with opinions to give. Thanks to Hannah my girlfriend will be super happy with her gift for her birthday Just overall unbelievable customer service thank you

Once we had reached pandora, prior to being let in the store, the sales asscoiate had made sure to sanitize the station she worked in with a previous customer and made sure it was safe for us to look through the store. Sales asscoiate also aided us in the right direction with a catalog and prcie range for the items we were purchasing. Sales associate also was really kind and the store was very neat.

The representative was knowledgeable of the new collections. She also verified the selections before adding them to the receipt. She was also very friendly and sociable.

The retailer was very knowledgeable about the products and had everything available which made the experience enjoyable. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. I am very satisfied with the whole experience and my purchase.
