I was very disappointed that you could only choose certain items for this sale!

The reason i was not highly satisfied was because they didn't have the charm i wanted in order to complete my bracelet.

there was a promo going on and my items were not included in promo. also the wait time was extremely long

The sales person needed more training ; she took too long to let us pay and did not present the matching stuff available

I received a gift from a student of mine in June 2017. The charm keeps opening and is clearly defective. When attempting to make a return the sales associate kept asking for my receipt; which I did not have. I felt as if they were to being unresponsive to my direction on not having the receipt. Nonetheless, if the associates were more focused on the customer need versus repeating protocol, the experience would have been better.

I feel that the associates here did not approach me when I was looking at the jewellery. To improve, greetings when customers enter the store will contribute to a better shopping experience, along with associates that are quicker at approaching customers to help.

It was not a very busy day.a few associates were not with customers but it took them awhile to come and ask if i needed help

I find sometimes at this Pandora store -not everyone is friendly and sometimes you are standing there and no one offers to help even though they are not with another customer.

I would have liked the sales associate to give suggestion on similar charms that might have been similar to the one I was looking for. That way it would seem the sales person showed interest in the customer and that they weren't doing us a favour by just showing items to us.
