because erin mills town center is such a big mall i would expect far more product on display - there are only 3 small display cases at the counter for charms - far, far less than at most stores... this results in customers standing at the counter looking through the book and sending associates all over the store to find merchandise. poorly designed.

this experience was ok.. must better then the last visits. last visits were horrible, staff is not friendly with alot of attitude.

first the price is still a little bit high, I only buy it during promotion time.

Was told item was in stock over phone, drove 45 minutes out of my way to get there only to find out it wasn't in stock and offered an alternative.

As a single mother of four children, it simply makes it difficult for me to afford what I would like for my girls. If it was even a little cheaper it would have made my life easier.

The sales associate may have been new not sure, she was unsure about prices and merchandise and made a few mistakes which made for a long visit. Even though I purchased in store I also went on line to finish my shopping as I was not happy with sales expertise and did not want to wait in line again.

Sales associate wasn't much knowledgeable about the product. Didn't had an enthusiastic personality which would get the customers more interested in buying the product. Didn't give input as to which bracelet or charms would be a better fit for me or rather which ones goes well together.

It was my very first time going to any pandora store, I had a lot of questions and I felt like I was being irritating. I went ahead and made a purchase only I found out after visiting another location how much more warm and welcoming it should have been. The other SA was much more informative and made suggestions that I didn’t even think about.

I purchased this product for my daughter but when I got home, I discovered the clasp was not working. Now I have to go back to the store to exchange it and that takes time. There was no stock on this particular item and it was taken off the shelf and it was faulty.

I have instore credit I would like to use today, Friday, but the manager at Erin Mills Town Center - Pandora didn’t allow me and said I couldn’t use it because there’s promotion today and asked me to come back tomorrow when I could buy the item at regular price.
