Associate wasn’t very involved with the sale. My mom asked her if she can show charms similar to the theme she was looking for and the associate told her “feel free to look for them online” rather than showing them to her in the store. If my mom wanted to shop online then the she wouldn’t have visited the store. Overall, the product is great.

sales associate: Araba G No. 149276 was rude and impatient and there was a sales associate next to her too which i didn’t know the name of. i also talked to someone on the phone when ordering the charm and she was extremely impatient too, not sure if it was the same person though.

We ordered over $400 of Pandora online and the entire order was stolen by UPS. We had to then come into the store to re-purchase everything. We called the day prior and was told by the manager that there would be two lines in the mall - one for people looking and one for people who knew exactly what they wanted. When we arrived it was one line and we ended up waiting over 2 hours to get into the store.

I was exchanging a charm that was a gift for one more expensive. The price of the charm in the display cabinet reflected $85.00. When the sales associate rang it in, it was $90.00. I explained that the rules of the competition bureau state that I am to be given the price displayed. I also suggested that they immediately update the price in the display cabinet and check the rest so that other customers are not affected. The sales associate checked with the manager, and my request for the displayed price of $85.00 was denied. I still bought the charm, but was not happy with the resolution. I know it is only a $5.00 difference, and was probably a result of not keeping up the "housekeeping" with regards to corporate price changes.

There was a wait outside the store in the early afternoon which I thought was annoying. Also they did not have what I was looking for, the item I wanted is discontinued. Zainab was very nice and knew right away that they did not have the product I wanted. So she showed me other things.

I was looking for a particular charm. The sales associate insisted that the charm was not available and that it was on back order at various locations. She said that it was highly unlikely that I would find this charm anytime soon. She said that I would find the charm online and I asked her to go online and show it to me because I could not fined it. Grudgingly, she asked for assistance from another sales associate, and it turns out that they did have 4 charms in stock and their store. I was happy that I found the charm, but disappointed with the attitude of the associate. If I had not asked her to find the charm for me online, I would have left the store disappointed that the charm was no longer available. She should have checked first before telling me that they were sold out. I have only had bad experiences with the staff at this particular location. Store #0443 - Salesperson Sidonie S. No. 175881. Please invest in sending your employees to seminars on customer service.

The quality of the staff seems to be deteriorating. The overall appearance of the employees at this specific location are not classy at all. No one seems to make any effort in their appearance. This Pandora is one of the less elegant locations I have been to. Disappointed with my visit

They had a special promotion going on and I had to wait outside of the store till an associate was available. If a promotion was happening, I'd think they would have more people working. After waiting, the associate greeted me right at the door, but that didn't give me time to look around. I felt pressured to make a decision right away. Then at cash out one of the iPads wasn't working so I had to wait again. When I was finally able to cash out, the association who helped me was very rude. She didn't interact with me at all except to ask me how I'm paying and if I needed a gift receipt. She talked to other associates the whole time and even stopped wrapping my purchase to help another associate without even saying a word to me or thanking me for my patience. I almost told her to hurry up as I had already waited to get in the store and I had other shopping I needed to complete. She completely ignored me the whole time. The customer service was very poor and I was very disappointed. I don't even like Pandora for this reason, I was there buying a gift for someone else.

associate very unfriendly; told her my father had just passed away and I was looking for a momento; she said nothing; no sympathy, no emotion, not interested, didn't appear to like her job
