I had already emailed before that you advertised buy2 get 1 free. The email stated that Shine and Disney were included but when I was at the store I was told that either Shine or Disney could not be the free item. The email did not state this. It only stated that Christmas 2018 and the new line, Reflections(?) were excluded. I did not purchase what I had planned.

I received a 15 off coupon online , from pandora , and I’m fine print it stated , I could use it in any pandora . I did not receive my 15 off , and paid full price , and was told to go back to the store i previously purchased a bracelet from. Not very professional , I own a lot of stuff from your store , and was embarrassed that happened to me . Now I will have to go back to a different city , to ask why I wasent able to get my 15 off

I was returning an item that was purchased at a different store. I had the original receipt. After spending a considerable amount of time deciding on a replacement product when the transaction was to be completed, the salesperson said we cannot issue a store credit because it was purchased at a different store and they are all franchised. The bill CLEARLY states that a store credit will be issued. When I pointed this out the salesperson said I will have to ask my Manager. After at least 10 minutes she came back and proceeded to finalize the transaction. When I asked why this needed to be approved she just shrugged her shoulders. This should not have happened. They cannot make up their own rules when it clearly states otherwise on the bill.

I am very disappointed and honestly shock that the two locations I went to, I find that the associates are not as friendly as they were before. I went to exchange a gift I got at square one location first but they did not have a new stock. The associate offered me the display unit since that is the only stock they have. I refused and her mood just changed after that, so I went to Erin Mills days after (which is today). The first staff who helped me today was grumpy and did not smile at all. I made it clear that I want a smaller size bracelet but she seems so annoyed during the entire process. I also asked if they have charms, she said yes but did not offer them to me. She helped me with the refund at the other station, and did not ask me if I needed anything else. I waited again for another associate to help me. Another associate came from the back minutes after, I asked her for help and she showed me the selection of charms. She seems so bored and unhappy as well. Overall experience was not great. I have not been in the stores in years but if this is the new experience they are giving customers, please do something :)

I came to buy new caps for my open bangle - because I lost a cap. I bought 2. However, I was not told the price til it was time to pay. The caps cost me $146.00. More than the original bracelet. I was taken aback, but I purchased them. I returned 10 minutes later because I was not happy with the price. I was told I could not return one because it was on sale. It was not mentioned to me 10 minutes earlier. Not happy at all. I love Pandora jewellery & I have a lot. Not anymore.

The manger work in this Day it was sooo mean to me and l fill to bad l am not go this location any more l am so depressed from the way she dell with me she didn't even smile it was a very bad experience

I was satisfied with the experience but highly disappointed with the product as it fell apart within 24hrs of purchase.
